My Story

Hello! My name is Sahana Kakar. I am a freshman in high school from Westfield, New Jersey. I created this nonprofit for a number of reasons. My mom and I have always donated and volunteered for organizations whose main goal is centered around helping make life better for kids in foster care. When I started to learn more about their lives and the struggles they face,  I wanted to help in some way. I am also the middle child of 3 siblings, and I have no clue what I would do if we were to be separated from each other. Overall, my goal for this nonprofit is to help as many separated siblings find their way back to each other, and to hopefully decrease the statistic of siblings that lose each other in the system.
